There are magicians out there and some very accomplished souls. But the OCC Bangalore team members are not mentors, gurus, start-up advisors/specialists, product strategists and so on. We don’t give gyan or want to have individual following. We are just good listeners and good at undertaking couple of steps that come out of that conversation with you. But most importantly we are learners just as you are.
Vaibhav Pandey (Co-Founder – Open Coffee Club, Bangalore)
Vaibhav Pandey is a computer engineer by education and co-founded OCC Bangalore in August 2007, in an attempt to create a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bangalore. In the past he has worked with Infosys Technologies, SAP and Akamai Technologies in various departments including but not limited to development, delivery and pre-sales. He currently works for a mid stage startup in Rural space, reaching out to the unreached.

Amarinder Singh (Co-Nurturer – Open Coffee Club, Bangalore)
Amarinder Singh is Director Operations (EMEA & APAC) at the World CIO Council and Chief Involvement Officer at CIO Association of India. In parallel, Amarinder is also part of initial team at PowerMAX, an ambitious start-up to build India’s first fully automated Smart Grid.
Prior to this, Amarinder was developing India market for CoreObjects. Previously as a co-founder of Prospect Force (proabably India’s first, next generation niche virtual B2B BPO startup in 2006) he was the Director of Delivery and India Operations. He started his career with Tata Infotech and post his B-School education, he contributed to Kale Consultants and Cashtech in predominantly Business Development and Account Management roles.
